Mr. Nhlanhla Mbambo is the visionary founder and Managing Director of N Mbambo & Co. With over 17 years of HR generalist experience, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm's success. Holding a Master’s in Business Administration (General), Mr. Mbambo has a well-rounded understanding of corporate leadership, business strategy, and financial management.

His career spans key leadership positions, including General Manager and Operations Executive at HR Outsourcing firms, where he was responsible for driving business growth, optimizing human capital strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Transitioning into the corporate world, he further honed his expertise as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing workforce planning, labor relations, and talent development.

In addition to his HR expertise, Mr. Mbambo is a registered Tax Technician with the South African Institute of Tax and a recognized Tax Practitioner with SARS, ensuring businesses remain tax-compliant while optimizing financial efficiencies.

His strong financial acumen is backed by a National Higher Certificate in Cost and Management Accounting and a National Diploma in Accounting, equipping him with the knowledge to assist clients in making strategic financial decisions.
